とんち造作計画は、西東京エリアに拠点を構える小さな工務店です。
飲食店等の店舗内装工事を中心に、人が交流する空間づくりを手掛けています。
デザインするにあたってこんなことを心がけています。
- 店主の方が大切にしているものごとと調和する空間をつくる
- 使う人の所作を熟考して什器を設える
- なるべくその場にあるもの（土地のもの）を使う
- とんちをひとひねりする

店舗デザイン・施工
2008年東京芸術大学美術学部先端芸術表現科卒。映像制作などを経て、2011年より飲食業に従事。2021年「とんち造作計画【ぞうさくけいかく】」設立。2023年東京テクニカルカレッジ夜間建築士専科卒（建築専門士）。課外活動としてアナログレコードのDJとしての稼働も。
Tonch minimal Construction is based in West-Tokyo. We mainly work on the interior decoration of restaurants and other stores, creating spaces where people can interact. Tonch (Tonchi・とんち・頓智) means quick‐witted or riddle.
SAHASHI, Keisuke
Sahashi is a director and a contractor of Tonch Minimal Construction.
He hold a Bachelor’s degree in Intermedia Art from the Tokyo University of the Arts (2008) and a diploma in architecture from Tokyo technical collage (night classes).
He was in the food business(cook and service)2011-2021.
